How can I determine if a belt is long short or somewhere in-between?

Manufacturers and designer do not use standard measurement guidelines when determining the size/length of a belt. This creates an inconsistency of lengths within a certain size. That is why we examine every belt and provide additional information so you can shop with confidence.

In other words- we measure every single belt and provide those measurements to you. Each belt has additional sizing information in the description tab. Use that information to determine which size is right for you.

We also have a very useful Sizing Guide that will assist you in determining which belt will fit you best, based on your body type and the look you wish to achieve.

Are all KeepYourPantsOn.com products manufactured in the United States?

We are extremely proud to offer many U.S. made items, and search the country for designers and micro brands who make their craft locally. However, we are also proud to offer Fair Trade craft and items made by independent designers from around the world.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

No, sorry! Our system only accepts one coupon code per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined.

How do I know if an item is Sold Out or Discontinued?

If an item shows “Sold Out” it usually means that we are in the process of restocking it. In this case you should check back periodically until we have it back in stock. We usually have items back in stock in a matter of days or up to one or two weeks maximum.

However if the item is discontinued and will not be restocked, we usually remove it from the site making it no longer visible.

Do you ship internationally?

We are working on reaching every corner of the globe, but at the moment we do not ship internationally.

How Do I Return or Exchange an item?

Where’s my Return/Exchange?

Returns & Exchanges are usually processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package, and we’ll email you as soon as we open it using the email you provide in the package.

It takes an additional 5-7 business days for exchanges to ship via USPS. If you still feel that the package should have arrived, please Contact Us.
